Summary:
CP-0 agents at Kaidou's stronghold receive a call from Rob Lucci, who reveals that the battleships are positioned to begin the World Government's takeover of the land of Wano should Kaidou fall. Additionally, Lucci orders his friends to capture Robin. Meanwhile, Yamato leaves Momonosuke to create Flame Clouds himself while he goes to the armory to try to minimize any worst case explosion.
Meanwhile, Sanji and Queen fight furiously, but Chef struggles to find a way to damage All-Star as he resists Queen's spikes to use his raid suit. Queen fully transforms into his Brachiosaurus form, revealing that his head, neck, and tail are the only serpentine constructs that can leave the rest of his body. Queen uses his snake form to crush Sanji, but ends up freeing him after the explosive launchers on his main body fail to hit him. The attack leaves all of Sanji's bones broken, but to his shock, his body begins to repair itself in no time. The Queen then swings her giant sword at Sanji, only for it to shatter as it hits him; Sanji realizes to his dismay that the modifications his father gave him might finally be starting to show.
In the visitor reception room, Guernica informs Rob Lucci via Den Den Mushi that another dragon resembling Kaidou has appeared and is fighting him alongside Luffy, also matching the Devil Fruit made by Dr. Vegapunk. Lucci ignores this discovery, prompting Guernica to angrily question the reason for Lucci's call. Lucci informs him that they have received orders from higher ups that if Kaido is defeated, they are to move to Wano immediately and join him with the World Government, and several ships are on their way right now. Although the numbers between the two forces dropped to 12,000 vs. 8,000, CP0 agents do not believe Kaido will be defeated. Lucci then informs Guernica that they have received another order: the immediate capture of Nico Robin, regardless of the outcome of the battle. Robin has reawakened and is fighting the Beasts Pirates alongside Brook.
In Wano Sky, Onigashima has only five minutes before reaching the Flower Capital and Yamato has separated from Momonosuke, the reason being that he hopes to defuse the explosives in the castle to hopefully reduce the potential casualties. Although Momonosuke is angry that she left him alone, he armors himself and tries to create Flame Clouds large enough to support the island, though to no avail. Yamato finally reaches the top of the island and transforms into his full Mythical Zoan form to head for the explosives, much to the surprise of the Heart Pirates.
On the live floor, Queen attacks Sanji with her Bry Pan move as Sanji tries to dodge. Sanji admits that the Queen is strong as she dodges a sword strike as the Queen demands that Sanji use his raid suit again after seeing him use it on the King earlier. He knocks Sanji away, but as he stands up, he thinks about how strange his body feels. Still, he angrily refuses to don the raid suit because of his hatred of the Vinsmoke Family, which Queen makes out loud. Queen keeps firing her Black Coffee at Sanji, but he dodges and hits Queen with Diable Jambe: Bien Cuit: Grill Shot, burning his stomach and sending him flying back. Queen calms down and transforms into her full Brachiosaurus form while Sanji wonders how he can take down his insanely powerful foe.
The Queen admits that Sanji's attack was impressive and decides to fight him without his enhancements. To do this, he straightens his neck and tail and somehow launches himself at Sanji by separating his neck and tail from his torso, a move he calls the Brachiojaurus. The Alliance and Sanji are left in complete shock at this bizarre attack as the Queen wraps Sanji in his snake body and begins to crush him with Brachiotoguros. Queen tells Sanji that even the toughest of fighters have succumbed to his attack, but considers letting him go if he shows him Germ's abilities. Sanji again declines as the Queen directs his attention to his severed torso, which has two missile launchers deployed on its side. Queen tells Sanji that his Brachio Launchers respond by voice command, but before he can give them the order to fire, the missiles accidentally miss and hit Queen instead.
Queen becomes aware of the missiles being fired because he said the words "Brachio Launchers" during his explanation, which he tries to explain to his torso, only for him to say the words again, causing the missiles to fail again and hit him again. Annoyed by this, Queen decides to reform with her hull and drops Sanji, justifying that he will not survive his crushing coil. A nervous chopper calls out to Sanji, only to see him back on his feet, still able to move but with all his bones broken. Sanji's body snaps back into place and he begins to fear that he has awakened the same enhancements as his siblings.
Sanji becomes enraged by this supposed power, fearing that he will become inhuman like his brothers, but as he thinks this, the queen, who has reverted to her hybrid form, tries to strike Sanji with her sword, only to shatter it in the end. his head Sanji only felt a slight pain.
