Summary:
Bao Huang spots Momonosuke hiding between Yamato and Shinobu and broadcasts their location as the duo are forced to fight in the open. Hearing about Momonosuke's group in trouble, Sanji is forced to choose between going to save them or the Nine Red Sheaths. Meanwhile, after defeating Carrot and Wanda, Perospero re-engages the battle in the House of Skulls.
Inside the Skull Dome, the Samurai and Beasts Pirates try to avoid being completely overtaken by the Ice Oni while Chopper works furiously on the cure. While Marco fights the King and Queen at the same time, X Drake and Hyogoro hold off the Scratchmen Apoo and his powers, with Hyogoro growing back to the size he was in Oden's time as the Ice Oni drained the rest of his power. Hyogoro is at the power level he was in his prime, but with the Ice Oni just about to fully overtake him, he is forced to let Yatappe kill him and face death without remorse.

They are told to keep it together as Chopper, who is also infected, is working hard to cure enough. Apoo's Scratchmen are informed that they can't get to Chopper and the cure because of X Drake and Hyogo, who has regained the strength and appearance of his best. Apoo's followers question why they had to get caught up in this sick game, but Apoo says that the Queen is not the type to grant mercy to crybabies. Orochi Oniwabanshu wonders how Hyogoro regained his old strength as the old man realizes that the disease has drained every last inch of his life from the disease, while it burns the last bits of his body for fuel. he uses his power to defeat his enemies. As Yatappe raises his sword with tears in his eyes, Hyogoro says that he leaves the rest in everyone's hands and this is where his life ends without regret.
